Since the introduction of Category Management in the grocery channel in the early 1990’s it has grown to an essential methodology for
retailers becoming successful. For suppliers this new approach offers a great opportunity to build a better relationship with their retail-partners
and become more involved in decisions around the category. Less surprises and a more productive cooperation, leading to better results for customer
satisfaction, sales and profits.
The one-day training provides the participants a solid basis in the area of Category Management and shows what this could mean for their organization.
During the day a lot of attention will be given to the practical side of Category management to ensure the association with your own situation can be

have a good idea how apply this methodology to be able to play a more pro-active role in the negotiations.
